Cancellation policy

The $1200 deposit is non-refundable. The final payment is due by March 1, 2026. If you must cancel between then and April 1, 2026, the cancellation fee is 50%. After April 1 the entire trip cost will be forfeit. We strongly recommend trip insurance. You can usually get a better rate if you buy this insurance within 14 days of sending in your deposit.
