Cray-Z Invaders of the Grand Canyon

Brought to you by the Springs Stewardship Institute and the Grand Canyon River Outfitters Association.

What is Cray-Z Invaders?

Cray-Z Invaders is an ArcGIS Survey123 app designed to allow visitors to Grand Canyon to help with recording locations where invasive species are present. It was developed by the Springs Stewardship Institute and is supported by the Grand Canyon River Outfitters Association through the Grand Canyon Fund and the ESRI Conservation Grants Program.

Which species are targeted by Cray-Z Invaders?

why only these species?

Well, this is a pilot project. If it goes well, and we get good information, we will add more species to the list. We could also allow the option to report anything weird, or new that users haven’t seen before. We’ll see how it goes.
